good books and cheap coffee

i finished anna karenina! i can hardly believe it. good book, but you've really gotta wanna get through it. david and i decided that whoever finishes the book we're reading last has to buy the other a cup of coffee. we didnt do it yesterday when we went to pick out our next book (we decided not to read house of sand and fog because of some stuff david had heard about it...tho someday i might actually read it on my own) since we hadn't decided to do that before we started anna.

anyway...we picked out our next book. bought it yesterday and im over halfway through it. it's excellent thus far, so if you want a good page turner that doesn't require too many neurons but is still interesting...paranoia by joseph finder comes with my recommendations.

i dont have anything else to say. im thoroughly enjoying not having a life over christmas break.
